Bank of Valletta has launched a new web portal which can be accessed at www.bov.com – a portal that is set to act as an increasingly important customer touchpoint. BOV’s new web portal enables customers to not only find current information about the Bank and its services but also provides direct access to various banking services.

 

For the first time, through the new www.bov.com, customers will also be able to interact with the Bank online – an innovative feature that highlights BOV’s active engagement of digital technologies. The new web portal also integrates with and links to the key social media platforms in which BOV also participates. Anyone can personalise his bov.com experience by creating a profile and customising features such as Quicklinks, register for events and comment on articles and news items. Developed with the end user in mind, the site has also been built to learn individual user trends and patterns and then put forward the most relevant information or functionality to the particular user. Over the coming weeks, the new web portal will continue to be developed to include more innovative functionality with the objective of providing added value to customers and maintaining the website fresh and relevant.
