Lean Emprende, a European funded programme in Spain was created to provide a solution to the fact that Spain has one of the highest proportions of youngsters who neither study nor work, or receive other training in the European Union.  A group of youngsters from this programme visited our Aqubix Spain office where Daniel Ruiz, Manager, explained how to start a start-up company. 

Daniel explained how Aqubix went from being a two-man company, to having offices in Malta, Spain and Poland. Daniel also explained the team dynamics and daily deliverables whilst keeping a pleasant working environment at the office.
