On the 5th April the Strategy for Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment in Cartagena, Spain invited young jobseekers, graduates, university students, recent FPGM and FPGS courses, youth coming from SEF training courses, as well as those enrolled in the Placement Agency, and ADLE training courses for a day focused on Youth Employment. 

 

Our team in Spain was invited to give a talk to youths aged 16-30 years old, focusing on what companies might look for when hiring people from the point of view of the employer. 

 

The youths taking part in this event are exposed to training and development of key competences, contacts with companies and access to employment resources.
